How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Can I receive a delivery on the weekend?

Neither standard or next day delivery orders can be delivered on the weekend. If a delivery is needed urgently for a Saturday then please contact our sales department directly.

Yes, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of returning a product. (We advise all returns are sent by recorded delivery as Action Cameras cannot be held responsible for any items lost during transit).

How long are my purchases covered under guarentee?

We guarentee all items for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects, but does not cover faults arising from poor or inproper use.

Can I get an extended warranty with a replacement product?

No, coverage under the 12 month warranty policy only applies from the date of the originally purchase, regardless of any replacements you have received.

What if the product I want to order is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock you will still be able to place an order online and we will dispatch the product as soon as it comes into stock. In the event of a delay we will contact you.

Yes, if you place the order before 3.30pm and pay for next day delivery. If the product is needed urgently for the following day then you should contact us directly so that we can confirm that your order is in stock and ready to be dispatched.

My camera is not working, what do I have to in order to return it and get it fixed?

Contact us with your purchase order number and we will generate a returns number for you. Once we have received your camera it will be checked, and if it is found to be faulty it will be replaced.

What are the delivery costs?

Within the UK - Standard Postal Charges *Up to a value of £49.99, £4.50 incl VAT * From £50.00 to £99.99, £6.95 incl VAT *Over £100, Free incl VAT Delivery within the EU * All orders, £9.99 incl VAT Delivery Outside the EU *Up to a value of £99.99, £25.00 *Orders of £100 or more, £40.00 Please note: * If an order is dispatched to outside to EU and it is rejected, refused or returned from customs for whatever reason then the customer is liable to cover all customs and delivery charges. ** Remote UK postcodes and addresses in the British Isles may take longer then one day to have their orders delivered. Therefore Next-day deliveries may take up to two days in these areas.

How to Organise a Return?

We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item. You can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date if it is in its original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest that you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt. The customer is responsible for covering the delivery fees on returned items. In the case of faulty goods we guarantee all items for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use. If returned item(s) are not found to have any manufacturing faults after testing, it will be the customers responsibility to cover the delivery costs. Goods found to be faulty can only be exchanged for the same product and cannot be refunded. As for normal returns, you must contact us by email or phone before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number.
