Order now – before or on the 13th of December to ensure you receive your gifts by the 25th through Standard Delivery. If you miss this date, rest assured, we’ve got a special delivery service operating up to the 19th of December.

Our Christmas Returns Policy has extended exchanges or returns right up to the 15th of January 2013. For any of those unopened gifts that weren’t quite right, give us a call and we will issue you with a returns number. As long as the product is unopened and in a resalable condition, we can exchange or refund your item.

DO I GET FREE DELIVERY?

FREE Delivery on all orders over £100. We’ve made it a standard feature on all our orders – and it continues for the pre-christmas build up. Order a camera now - and if it’s before 2:30pm on the day of your purchase, you’ll receive it the next day.

WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER BY?

Guarantee your order arrives in time – ensure your order is placed on or before the 13th of December and you will still get your action gear in time for Christmas through standard delivery

WHAT IF I MISSED THE ORDER BY DATE?

Leave it a bit late? You’ve still got till the 19th of December to place your online order and get those gifts in time. We’ll pop that precious cargo onto a special delivery and have it signed, sealed and delivered - straight to your door

WHAT IF I MISSED THE LAST ORDER BY DATE?

If you managed to miss both December order-by dates, you can call us and arrange to pick up your action camera from our Show Room. We have extended opening hours for the Christmas period and are more than happy to help.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?

We have extended our returns policy up to the 15th of January 2013. Just give us a call on 020 965 7679. In a few simple steps we will have your camera, mount or accessory swapped out or returned. 

If the product is unopened and in resellable condition – we can give a full refund with a receipt, or exchange the product with another of your choice. 

We will give you a returns number, giving you the option to either bring in the product into our Show Room, or posting it to us. Upon receiving the item - if it is unopened and resellable, we will have your exchange posted directly to you, or if you're in the Show Room, hand it straight over. For refunds, please allow up to 7 days for the money to be transferred to your account. 


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

If you selected Standard Delivery within the UK – your package will arrive within 2 to 4 days. 

For all Camera orders over £100, these will be trackable and are delivered between 2 to 4 working days, though these are usually delivered the day after purchase.

For accessory and mount orders under £100 – we use Royal Mail, with the estimated delivery being within 2 to 4 days.
 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY – WHEN DO I RECEIVE IT?

Your order will arrive the day after your order was placed, between 9am and 6pm. If your shipping address is somewhat isolated within the British Isles – you may find your item delivered on the second day. 

If you have not received your order after the second day – please call us on 020 965 7679 and we will get onto it straight away

NEED SAME DAY DELIVERY?

For those urgent deliveries – we can arrange same day delivery within the London Area. Please call us on
020 965 7679 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 
 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE?

If your order has not arrived within 4 days – please call us directly. We will address this and have your package sent to you as quickly as we are able
 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

Contact us on 020 965 7679 or info@actioncameras.co.uk. We will advise you to, if possible, email us images of the package, and post the item back to us. We will have a replacement en route once we have received it.

If it’s urgent and just before Christmas – give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
 

MY ORDER IS GOING OVERSEAS - WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

For countries within the EU – on orders over £100 – these will arrive within 3-5 working days. On orders under £100, this will be sent by Royal Mail and delivered in 5-10 working days.

If you are placing an order for delivery to a country outside the EU and you would like it to arrive before Christmas – please get in touch with us and we will arrange a delivery best suited to your needs
 

CAN I TRACK MY PURCHASE?

On all camera orders over £100 we use a courier service offering a 24-hour trackable service.
