Drift Innovation helmet cameras have continued its growing involvement with Formula 1, partnering with the Marussia F1 Team for the 2012 Hungarian Grand Prix from Budapest.
Marussia drivers Charles Pic and Timo Glock picked up 20th and 21st positions respectively, with the Drift Innovation logo proudly prominent on the rear wings of their cars.
The Anglo-Russian outfit is relatively new to F1, entering the championship in 2009 under The Virgin Group branding. Since then, the team has been striving to advance their cars up the vastly competitive grid, now racing under the name of their largest stakeholders, Russian based sports car manufacturers, Marussia.
Lewis Hamilton took the chequered flag at the Hungaroring this year, followed home by Lotus pair Kimi Raikkonen and Romain Grosjean.
It is not the first time Drift Innovation has been involved in the FIA Formula 1 Championships this season.
Earlier this year, the Lotus and Red Bull Racing F1 Team’s completed laps of the Circuit de Catalunya with Drift HD action cameras capturing pristine on-board footage.
