The Sealife DC1000 is an underwater camera waterproof to 60 meters and is suitable for diving and any underwater photography. With a 10Mp CCD lens and a 5x optical zoom this is a brilliant camera even on dry land but this one can be taken 60 meters underwater and still capture excellent photographs and videos at a resolution of 640 x 480.
The waterproof housing which allows the camera to cope easily with depths that many divers struggle to is included with this camera. It can be used out of water as a regular camera but is more protected then your regular camera since it has a rubber armoured body.
The Sealife DC1000 has a built in 2.7" LCD screen which allows for you to view photos and videos easily on the camera instantly after taking them.
Filming and taking high quality videos is made easy by the specially designed "Sea Modes" and manual white balance control which, once familiarised with, provide you with all that you need to produce footage and photos worthy of being on National Geographic.
