Easy to use. Works brilliantly mounted on the handlebars of my bike. Superb quality video's. Picks out the Reg on cars so I have 'em on camera the next time I am knocked off!!!! Bought the bigger battery, memory card, and waterproof cover. All working well.

Amazing Video and easy to use by Christian G

This is a really great camera. It attaches simply to most surfaces, and with the remote its really great to be able to start and stop the video at the touch of a button.

I use this with my mountain bike & my motorbike. Using the handlebar mount, nad helmet mounts. i have even tested the camera velco helmet mount at speeds of 150+ (on a track of course) and it was still a great solid clear picture.

There are a couple of minor negative points. The microphone is quite sensitive, so i would recommend the external mic, or simply turning it off. It pics up wind and bike noise much mote than voice for some reason. The battery life of the standard battery is only 2 -2.5 hours which im sure is adequate for most, but most of my rides were much more than that, so if like me you like to play out for longer, get the extended battery as well.

So as you can see even though there are negative points they are easily rectified with the addons available.

All in all i would highly recommend this camera to anyone doing outdoor sports of any kind.

Before purchasing my Drift HD170 I must of considered every other camera on this site. How does it rate, it's a brilliant product. Its high capacity and variability of lense format, sound and picture quality all out did my expectations, especially at high speed on my Kawasaki. The helmet mount and bike mount were easy to apply and really hold everything firm and secure giving brillent stability to finished vids. The Drfit HD170 is not bulky and doesn't make you look like you've a brick on your head. I highly recommend this product and hope you have as much fun with it as I have.
