The Action Camera 550 zoom camera has a 3 times digital zoom which enables you to get closer to your subject. The camera comes with a Sony Super HAD 1/3" CCD sensor and solar IR treated lens by Canon to provide high quality footage. With a lux rating of 0.1 it performs very well in low light conditions.
With a built in built-in DSP (digital signal processor) it is programmed to give optimum video output quality to suit your filming environment.
Plug in the remote controller and you can digitally zoom up to 3 times to get closer to your subject. Once you are zoomed in you can pan around the picture to get the shot you're looking for. You can also adjust the contrast levels or select Day/Night mode. When you have finished setting up the camera the remote can be unplugged.

The camera has been rated to IP67 standards which means it's completely waterproof but not for underwater filming.
